Didn’t want to ask in the TOBT section, because I’m trying to limit the silly answers. Ha! I’ve always used moly assembly lube on lifters, cams, rockers, etc on builds. Machine shop friend says only use mineral based motor oil, and lots of it, on new builds. What do you guys think?
